The UK’s Nutritional Values | Father Fitness



Food, exercise, diet, time, body shape, work, family, hobbies, confidence, weight. These are just a few of the things we have to juggle each and every day and it can be a daunting experience.

 

I often wonder what other people think of these and so I came across this great infographic by Fysiqal Nutrition. I’ve copied the graphic below so you can see it for yourselves…

I think you’ll agree, there are a few eye openers! It’s important to be honest with yourself though and hold your hands up when you’ve been naughty. I exercised twice last week and I feel terrible about it! I’m usually a three to four times a week person. Last week I trained five times though so I guess it balances out over the month.

 

It’s interesting to read the percentages of people who aren’t happy with their weight. I sometimes wonder though, is it a case of body dysmorphia? Do they actually look great and it’s just that the person thinks they don’t. Either way, I think it’s important to be mindful of what you eat and to try and get as much exercise as you possibly can.
